• Coastline’s Inspection department has x-ray fluorescent units that are used to identify thickness of plated finishes. These units also have the capability of identifying the alloy of plated finishes and they can verify compliance with RoHS standards.

• The inspection laboratory also has borescopes with measurement capability, along with the capability to record video, audio, and to annotate information directly into the inspection record.

• The laboratory at Coastline has atomic absorption capability in addition to standard wet analysis methods used in support of Coastline's process needs.

• To record all analysis Coastline uses Truelogic’s Truechem analytical software to record all analysis, print add slips and to provide management with SPC numbers in real time.

Coastline is AS9100 certified and has been a NADCAP approved vendor for a number of years. The certifications can be downloaded from our website.
